Christmas at the Country Club | 6pm |
| ZOOM is having our first holiday FUN-raiser, and of course it's at one of THE absolute coolest venues DC has to offer. The H St. Country Club has boasting rights as the only place in the DC-area where you can play a nine-hole mini-golf course indoors. Equip with a replica of the Washington Monument this course allows you to putt pass local favorites like Ben's Chilli Bowl and zig zag around a huge zombie Abe Lincoln. Now that we've teased out that big kid in you this is also a FUN-raiser so $5 of every ticket sold goes to this year's benefactor, Martha's Table. With the purchase of every ticket you also get a choice of either a free golf game or premium drink. Goodness if that isn't enough there's also pool tables, shuffleboards and gasp skeeball! |

Chocolate Decadence: Chocolate 101 | 6pm - 8pm |
| With all five of your senses explore the marvelous complexities of chocolate flavors, textures and consistencies. This seminar-style chocolate tasting will give you step-by-step knowledge of how chocolate is created, the styles available and the attributes you should seek in quality chocolate such as the aroma and snap. After this delectable tasting you will understand the distinction between chocolate and candy just in time to start shopping for your holiday confections. The tasting will take place at Biagio Fine Chocolate in Dupont Circle, a gay-owned and operated establishment. |

Thanksgiving Powwow | 10am - 7pm |
| The word Powwow comes from the Algonquian term "pau-wau" or "pauau", which referred to a gathering of medicine men and/or spiritual leaders. However in contemporary times this festive event signifies a way to preserve history, celebrate culture and connect with the community through vibrant traditional song and dance. From hoop dancing, intertribal rhythmic drumming, native food and centuries old crafts this event is sure to be a unique experience. You are encouraged to make this a family affair and use this event as a catalyst to expose your children to part of the Thanksgiving tradition often left out of secular culture. |

She Spy | 6:30pm - 9:30pm |
| Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to join us for an exciting interactive game of Operation Spy. Immerse yourself in the spy world by decoding secret messages, planning daring escapes and answering spy trivia for a chance to win prizes. This hour-long interactive experience combines live-action, video, themed environments, special effects, and hands-on activities to create a series of reality-based challenges. Upon completing the mission get a complementary glass of The White Knight drink for all your diligent intelligence work. There will also be themed-food available from the award-winning Zola Kitchen via the bar menu. |

Night of the Living Derby Ghouls | 3:30pm |
| With Liberty and Justice to Brawl. This is the motto of the DC Rollergirls, our very own all women’s flat track derby league. Kickin’ butt and taking names The Cherry Blossom Bombshells plan on drawing first blood (literally) as they take on their ghoulish opponents Scare Force One. A game of technique and strategy come out and watch these ladies suck the life out of their challengers on this Halloween day bout. |

Fun Run in the Sun | 10am - 11am |
| The first event in our "Get Fit Series", ZOOM Excursions has teamed up with First Things First Fitness to bring you Fun Run in the Sun. What is a Fun Run? A Fun Run as medley of standard exercise such as jumping jacks, sit-ups and of course running. The purpose of this program is to promote fitness in the LBT community, breakdown barriers such as money and motivation that prevent LBT women from standard exercise programs. So join us and "break a sweat" while meeting friends. Event will take place at Meridian Hill Park (Malcom X Park), we will meet in front of the Joan of Arc statue. |

Take in breathtaking views of the monuments from every angle and enjoy the sights and sounds of Washington, DC aboard an intimate sunset sail on the American Spirit, an amazing replica of a historic 1800's schooner ship.

| DJ’s K la Rock and Junebullet of The First Ladies DJ Collective will guide the class through the step-by-step process of DJing basics. Learn the fundamentals of DJ equipment, mixing and general song structure. Blending, fading and counting beats in phases will all be part of the curriculum. Become familiar with common terminology used in the industry such as cueing and releasing. |

| Did you know that women’s boxing is not included as one of the Olympic sports? Well let’s help change that by supporting these ladies as they fight their way there. The evening will showcase 10-15 bouts from some of the top female boxing talent in the area. Special guests include Ann Wolfe an eight time World Champion and a woman with a punch so hard Laila Ali won’t even fight her.
